ORDERING & DELIVERY
Orders will only be processed by Tattooed Production once payment has been received and a confirmation of payment email has been sent to the purchaser.
All orders are produced on a by-request-basis; please allow 7-10 business days (Australian orders) and up to 4 weeks for (International orders) on all delivery of goods under 5 items. Any order containing 5 or more items may be
subject to extended delivery periods.*
* To have your Roffy & Rupert 'Backyard Cricket' 2-disc set before Christmas make sure to order and pay for it by Wednesday, 18th November 2009. All orders placed or paid for after the 18th will NOT be delivered before Christmas.
Tattooed Productions (ABN 120 439 398 62) has the sole legal right to determine to refund, or supply new or replacement items.
Tattooed Productions (ABN 120 439 398 62) is not in any way legally liable for any merchandise/goods that do NOT arrive at the respective destination or address, as provided by the purchaser, or by a given due date.
Tattooed Productions (ABN 120 439 398 62) will aim to process and deliver all merchandise/goods and orders as requested and on-time but are not responsible or legally liable for any delays in the delivery of merchandise or goods to the purchaser.
Tattooed Productions (ABN 120 439 398 62) are not liable for any wear and tear that may occur to any merchandise or goods due to normal or excessive wear, washing or ironing.
No merchandise/goods will be replaced should wear
and tear occur.
Prices for merchandise/goods are subject to change
without notice.
Payment for any merchandise or goods purchased
must be received by Tattooed Productions
(ABN 120 439 398 62) before the order will be
processed and dispatched accordingly.
By placing an order, the purchaser agrees to pay all costs incurred with that order as confirmed by receipt from Tattooed Productions (ABN 120 439 398 62).
REFUNDS
Goods may only be returned to Tattooed Productions
(ABN 120 439 398 62) subject to the conditions as follows:
Tattooed Productions (ABN 120 439 398 62) has the
sole legal right to determine to refund, or supply new
or replacement items.
Any merchandise/goods returned must be provided in writing by the purchaser including the intention to return goods. The return MUST be authorized by Tattooed Productions (ABN 120 439 398 62).
Tattooed Productions shall not accept the return of merchandise or goods after seven days of the receipt
by the purchaser.
All returned merchandise/goods must be returned with
a copy of the relevant invoice.
The purchaser shall be be responsible for all charges
and costs incurred in the return of goods unless such otherwise stated in writing by Tattooed
Productions (ABN 120 439 398 62).
All merchandise/goods sent as ordered are not returnable under any circumstances unless stated otherwise by Tattooed Productions (ABN 120 439 398 62).
Any merchandise/good returned must be in the original condition as sent including original packaging.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Ironing or washing the merchandise/goods in a manner other than those instructed by Tattooed Productions may lead to excessive wear.
Tattooed Productions (ABN 120 439 398 62) accepts
no responsibility for the wear and tear on merchandise
or goods sent to a purchaser once the order has
been received.
Once the merchandise/goods have been received by the purchaser, in accordance to the order made, Tattooed Productions is no longer liable or responsible for the items.
