What do I do if I order the wrong item?
If you order the wrong item, please contact us immediately via our email shop@tattooedproductions.com. Ensure to include your order number and 'ORDER AMENDMENT' in the heading.
Please note: Once payment is received we do not accept exchanges or refunds, unless otherwise informed directly by Tattooed Productions.
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders will only be processed once payment has been received. Each order is produced on a by-order basis, please allow the full delivery period for you items.

What payment types do you accept?
We accept payment by creditcard (visa & mastercard) through paypal only.
Do I have to be a paypal member to order from your online store?
No, you do not need to be a paypal member to order items from our online store.
How do I pay for my order?
Select the items you want to order and fill out the required contact details. Once those details are confirmed, a new window (Paypal) will open. Please procced (in this new window) to check-out and provide your payment method details.
Please note: Paypal is a secure payment method. You will receive a confirmation of order email from Tattooed Productions, once your order has been received.

DELIVERY
When will my order be delivered?
Australian orders - allow 7-10 work days.
International orders - allow up to 4 weeks.
What do I do if my order is not received?
Please contact us immediately at shop@tattooedproductions.com if you do not receive your order within 10 business days (or 4 weeks for international). Be sure to include your order number and 'NOT RECEIVED' in the heading.
